Three interactive learning paths for my AI workshops: one for developers, one for managers and one for scrum masters. Every topic has five levels from bronze to diamond, with real homework to do in your own job.

The story

The idea

In my workshops I first explain how AI works. After that I want people to do it themselves, not just hear about it. What started as a practice site for developers got two siblings for managers and scrum masters.

Learning by doing

No videos, just exercises: a mini language model you train yourself, prompts checked by a live checklist, an agent mission with a prompt-injection trap. During the workshop teams play the Coffee Relay while a custom MCP server keeps score.

Privacy by design

You can practise without an account. Logging in takes just an email code: the database holds no email address, only a hash of it.

In detail

Three paths: Developers (8 topics), management (6) and scrum masters (6).
Five medals: Bronze to diamond per topic, and a certificate to print.
Real homework: 48 assignments with a checklist that earn extra XP.
Simulations: Bigram model, gradient descent, temperature, MCP client and agent.
Workshop mode: Live leaderboard, slides and the Coffee Relay with its own MCP server.
Passwordless: One-time code by email; email addresses are never stored.
